Body Breath Integration (SRI Somato Respiratory
Integration)
SRI or Somato Respiratory Integration is a series of breath
body connection exercises that allow us to connect with the body
using the breath as the vehicle to do so. SRI was created by Dr.
Donald Epstein as a series of 12 exercises based off of watching
people naturally begin these exercises as they progressed in
healing through 20 years of practicing network chiropractic
techniques. He took these exercises reproduced them in his book
titled “The 12 Stages of Healing”.
Network Care and SRI are a wonderful combination in assisting
you through your healing and in your journey through life.

Dr. Lisa
Traditional Chinese Acupuncture
Through
thousands of years of clinical experience, the Chinese have found
a network of meridians that run throughout the body similar to the
cardiovascular or lymphatic systems. As these meridians run
through the internal organs, stimulating them can directly benefit
these organs helping to heal imbalances that may exist. The
needles also have a positive effect on musculoskeletal problems,
releasing muscle groups, reducing inflammation and tension, and
facilitating the healing process.
Esoteric Acupuncture
Esoteric Acupuncture is a truly holistic form
of acupuncture, working on healing imbalances on the physical,
mental/emotional, and spiritual levels. All aspects of a person
must be addressed for complete healing to occur. Esoteric
Acupuncture works with the Chakra system and other modalities.
Herbs
Dr. Lisa uses high quality, pesticide-free herbs in her
practice that have been tested for quality and toxicity. Herbs,
like acupuncture, help to heal imbalances in the body by giving
the body what it needs, or helping the body to rid itself of what
it doesn’t need, or strengthening the internal organs. Herbs are
safe and natural, and can be used as an adjunct to acupuncture or
on their own.
